Honest, to the point and plan on bringing him back to do more work that I knew before he was there needed to be done.
They came the same day. He explained each problem he found to me. They got my air conditioner working better. I know air conditioner guys are usually dirty and sweaty, but he was a bit worse than average.
Excellent customer service, best price for my repair and they allowed me to split payment in two since they understand hard times economically for everyone. They're definitely going to maintenance my AC and other HVAC needs from now on. Hopefully they maintain the integrity and great customer focus always.

The Patriot Air staff were very proffesional and willing to go the extra mile. They really did more then they had to. I learned alot because they to took the time to educate me about my system. The work quality was exceptional. I feel confident in having them service my system in the future.
Service was outstanding. Did the job for a third of the price of others. Eric took the time to find the issue and repair?another company did not spend any time to diagnose the problem, just wanted to replace the unit. Would recommend Patriot Air to anyone looking for repairs.
Patriot Air was told to look at my air conditioner unit and provide an estimate. Instead they went ahead and made the repair without providing an estimate first. They charged $189 for replacing a $15 part in about 15 minutes. Subsequently another company provided a quote for replacing the same part for $90 total.
