I needed a fan relay/manager replaced. I chose Eric since he had the lowest fee for the initial consultation. Other reviewers noted his customer service skills, or lack thereof, and I can agree that he is not the most social of individuals. He did arrive at the agreed upon time and did solve my problem, with one caveat. There is an audible "chatter" (his words) with the fan relay that occurs when the fan turns off.
