Very knowledgable, courteous, neat and efficient. Checked everything thoroughly, gave an accurate assessment of the difficulty and how it could be fixed. No pressure to do things that were not necessary. Cost was reasonable for the industry.
I received a call from Patriot Air Inc. literally within minutes of submitting my inquiry online. I was provided a thorough conversation about my A/C issue of which I had some knowledge. I had not even closed my browser before my phone rang and then they showed Up on Time and gave us options and then did a great job getting our air back on .
He came early on a Saturday morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly. He could not get the part on the weekend so he finished first thing Monday morning. It was $250 dollars cheaper than the next quote.
the rating is on the service to the existing AC unit of a recently purchased home. The service was thorough and the technician was professional and honest. However, I wanted a professional opinion on AC needs due the additions made to the house which was an important reason for the service visit. The technician promised provide his findings to the owner and would get back to me. No phone call or email was ever received. Hope this was just an oversight and I get a response soon.
The A/C tech was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and on time. He took the time to check the system and when the repairs were made, the unit was working properly, the first time.
Was timely and provided great advice to help me keep my unit running properly and to extend the life of the unit.
Unit never came to temperature or shut off. The owner came out DID not do anything but say that the unit needed freon and charged $208.00. Then he tried to sell me a service contract for $2000 (parts & labor would be extra) just to do yearly checkups. . He wld take $208 dollars off of that. First, in order for us to pump freon into a system, we have to have a working thermostat to turn the unit on. Second, We offer a $39.95 diagnostic to determine the failure of A/C. This fee is waived when you do quoted repair. Diagnosis was the unit was low on freon. We explained that freon is $48 a pound or $3 an ounce. Weighed it in with a scale, she agreed and confirmed.
