They were fast and professional! Very reasonable on thier pricing and I would highly recommend them
Tim called immediately after I entered my request on Home Advisor. He called prior to the appointment time stating he was on his way. He showed me that the capacitor was leaking oil which in a matter of time would shut down the unit. I agreed to replace it, he said the cost was $227. I feel I was over charged as I researched capacitors online and most are $40 - $80.

Thing is.., we have to have every size capacitor on the truck to accommodate our customers failed components. We also have to have the tools and experience to properly diagnose failed components. This is called overhead. I'm not disputing the cost of what she claims capacitors cost. However, we did not force her hand in any way to replace parts in her unit. We are very satisfied to date. Had a new air conditioner installed. The service was excellent. The installer was very good.
I received a call from Patriot Air within 1 minute of submitting my request on homeadvisors.com and made an appointment for the next day. They were efficient, friendly and did a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Work was done quickly and with seeming great expertise. Only time will tell the effectiveness.
Contacted for annual air con check/cleaning. Once here, cleaning of coils were extra. I also had to run out while technician was here to buy the filter for the AC. Disappointed and felt they should have been clear up front on what their service entailed.
