They were very quick, found the problem right away and fixed it on site. The Tech. tried to explain everything, but I'm no mechanic , but he did quality work for me.
I got a call from the company right away, and told them coming out the next day was fine, but I felt the gentleman who came out was in a big hurry to get to the next job. He checked out my unit. The unt stopped working while he was there, and then tried to sell me a new unit as I was trying to talk with my husband on the phone. He did get it running again, but the original problem that I called about--water dripping off the roof was not solved. they came out same day I called, I decided on a new unit and they came back next day and completed job within four hours. Tim was very helpful and courteous as was Eric. Was very happy with them
They called quickly and came to my home when they said they would be there.
Service techs arrived when they said they would - went to work and did not waste time. Tim was especially courteous - explained everything to me and explained again when needed. He showed no sign of impatience with me.
