Took a couple of days to show up, so we ended up staying in a hotel one night. But once here, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Let us keep the bad part and was pleased they didn't try to pressure us into other needless work. Although we did pay a little extra for a cleaning, 3 future checkups and priority response. Time will tell if that holds true and the repair lasts, but so far, so very, very good.

It was nice to have an AC company that was quick to respond in the Arizona summer. The Tech explained everything along the way beforehand to ensure you as a homeowner knew what to expect. They are now my first choice to call after slow response/ poor customer service from 6 different AC companies over the last few years.
I called on a Saturday night at 9pm and someone was there to assist me. Tim came the next day in the morning and our air was working before noon. They are a great reliable company.

They ended up replacing the unit and I payed more than I wanted. They also added in extra costs that I'm not certain were necessary.
