Tim was friendly and efficient.
Patriot Air was amazing, got a call within a few seconds after signing up with HomeAdvisor, the tech was out within an hour and the ac is working like a champ. Gave them 4.5 stars cause I thought the price was a bit high, especially when the part needed was only a couple hundred if that at all.

Highly-qualified, professional approach to service and fully explained the working of my unit.
They diagnosed the problem and took order for new unit at 8:30 p.m on a Friday night. They delivered the new heat pump and installed it usining a prtofession operator and crane by Saturday 2:00 p.m. Excellent work !

Quick response. Seemed pricey but Im not ffamiliar with the cost of air conditioner repair.
I would definitely use Patriot Air again. They were available 2 hours after I spoke with them.
