Tim was polite, professional, and up front about what work had to be done, what work was not essential but was a potential problem. Got a deal on a 3 year maintenance plan. Replacement parts were pricy, but I think that's just the AC business. The cost of a brand new AC system scared the heck out of me, so that's a project for well down the road.

they were very thorough in checking the a/c. we had a new one put in. they did a very good job and cleaned up after them. i had no mess to clean up on the floor. they have a good guarantee on their product and the labor.

Granted it had been a while since I had my AC serviced, but there were so many things that may or may not have been needed so I asked for a write up on both the minimum I needed and could get buy with for now. I ended up with a five year service agreement, so I will not be able to give a solid rating for five years. I felt a little pressure, but again I will see in five years if they did a good job.
