They gave us a ton of information about our air conditioner. I really appreciated that Eric took so much time to explain everything. Plus, he called right away, and was at our door in less than an hour. He fixed the problem right away. I was very happy!

Fast Response, Good Service
We were contacted almost immediately after submitting our request, which was definitely appreciated as our AC was out and it was 5 pm on a Friday night. The tech got to our home within a few hours and had our unit up and running in short order. I gave this pro a 4 based on overall value but we didn't get any other quotes, so I don't really have a basis for comparison. We were definitely pleased with the end result - an AC unit that was repaired and working on the same day.

Absolutely absurd. We offer a free diagnosis with any flat rate repair. We come out and tell you what is wrong for FREE. It is at that point you can chose to move forward with our repairs, or pay $39.95 for our diagnosis and we part as friends. For a homeowner to tell us to move forward with repairs, then come back 3 weeks later and say they are unsatisfied is absurd. The unit was broken when we got there and running when we left.
