They were very responsive and worked with me to come up with cost effective solutions to repair my 15 year old unit. The service rep was knowledgeable and courteous.

When you own a business, you have hired help to assist you. I expect the people I pay hourly to not be chit chatting with the homeowner. She wanted to have a constant dialogue with my technicians and had countless questions during the installation of her air conditioner. I needed their full attention. I cannot tell her to quit talking to my help as they are working. But, I can tell my technicians to quit chit chatting with the homeowner and get to work. All of the questions would have been answered at the end of the install.... read more

Very professionally done.
Eric was very considerate with the time slot we agreed on; calling me to let me know he had a flat tire and then following up when he was able to be on the way. He is very professional; explained everything to me, making sure I understood what was needed and what might be good to do, but not essential. Seems expensive, but I am sure no higher than any other company. The value for money is exceptional, in my view. Eric is very knowledgeable of the products and equipment in the air conditioning world.
