Patriot Air was timely and reasonably priced. In an emergency, they showed up within 45 minutes of talking to them and got my a/c working again within an hour after arriving. They were fantastic and I will definitely be using them again for future a/c issues.
Fast response - same afternoon appt. Tim Gomez was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check-up and fixed the problem, which turned out to be mino,r at an extremely low cost. He also gave us advice on how to care for and run our system more economically. I believe that he is a trustworthy, competent technician with excellent customer service skills. I will be calling him again for winter service. I am so glad I found a company I can count on.
I made the call after a friend used the service and they responded within 10 minutes and showed up to my house in 30 minutes. He was straight forward in what he was looking for and what was to be expected. He had it diagnosed in 5 minutes and had me up and running in 15 minutes. He made suggestions to help with performance and maintenance and didn't force any type of upgrading or service plans. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use the service. Came out on an emergency call and was upfront on all repairs needed. Showed/explained all deficiencies in the A/C unit.
Tim Gomez, of Patriot, is an asset to his company. The required maintenance was performed expertly and timely. Due to my extensive mechanical background, I examined his quality of work the entire time. 25 years I've lived here and found to trust few companies. This one is the exception the the majority. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very timely and more than willing to work around our busy schedules. They literally diagnosed and fixed the problem during the same visit. Tim was our technician and was very pleasant and courteous in our home. Would recommend and will go to with all our Cooling and Heating needs.
Patriot air was on time and got our air blowing cold quickly. They quoted prices up front and came in timely and within their quote.
