The owner of Patriot Air, instated a new attic coil system with new mixer boxes, ducting etc. He is a very professional hard working ,individual, explaining in detail what he was to do with the installation, who it would work as he installed the system. Took every care to ensure during the installation that all features of my home was intact. Eric is a very good good choice, did a very good job for me at a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone!
Eric and his crew were great and went the extra mile. My son in law has been working on my old system for several years. I showed him finishes pictures and he approved. He feels they did a good job. If anyone complains about Eric they are just asking for too much. Thanks, Dale
Eric was most helpful in all areas. For the first time I have a better understanding of how my heating and ac should work. If I could, I would give him 10 stars in every category. He took the time and interest to answer all my questions and give me alternatives. My son who has some background in the industry is quite impressed by Eric's knowledge and attitude. From now on, Patriot is the only company I will call for help in this field. 10 stars all around to Eric.

If one of our technicians was responsible for a stain on your carpet, then, of course we would remedy the situation by sending out someone to clean the carpet. We cant however, remedy any problems not brought to our attention. Patriot Air is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction to everyone we encounter.
