Eric the owner spent three hours and didn't fix the problem and sold me a three year service contract. Then he came out to finish the service and tried to sell a new fan and said it was freezing up. I had some else come to check it and they immediately found a problem with the compressor which was under warranty and said the freezing up was caused by the filter in the wrong place. This guy is a piece of work. He ordered two complete chemical coil cleanings on both his a/c systems. Decided to roll those charges into an annual service contract for three years. He liked us enough to spend eight hundred dollars with us. Later, His blower failed and locked up. This ruined his compressor. His home warranty is lying to him because they don't want to cover both failures. He will find out in due time that I was 100% correct in my diagnosis. From the initial call to the service was very short. They were very professional and talked me through the entire process more than I have ever had since I have owned the property. Very good service.
Explained what he was doing and told me appox. cost immediately. Checked system 100 %
Very quick to respond to my call. Te repairs were done quickly. I called around and found that the price they quoted was very competitive.
Patriot Air was great and did a very nice job for me with a revision of my duct work and a new A/C unit install, I would recommend them to anyone!
They went the extra mile to insure I was comfortable until the part was available the next day.
