Patriot Air is very professional. My air conditioning guy was out of town and I didn't know who to call - contacted Home Advisor and got in touch with Patriot Air. I didn't know anything about them, but I will say they really gave me value for my money - they were out the next day - fixed my problem - gave me a few suggestions regarding my units. I am extremely pleased with them and will keep them!!! I believe they really care about customer care and that is rare these days.

If you are looking for excellent,honest, superb work ethics, with old fashioned customer service these are the guys. They are quick to come out and do the 21 check points for 39.95, and if you go with them it goes toward what ever needs to be fixed. They tell you all you need to know about what they did, what they found,how to fix it and they give you options. Eric was the nicest gentleman I have meet in a long time. I was very happy overall with how quickly I was contacted. Patriot was just the first one that called, an after a day of no AC, I didn't want to wait. :) The technician was very nice and helpful and did a great job.
I 'babysit' my Canadian neighbor's Arizona house. She's had some AC issues, lately; so I contacted Patriot Air Last week. Tim came out and did an excellent job, getting her up and going. On his initial visit, he found two bad capacitors, one outside and another on the attic blower motor. That blower motor itself, failed the following week; so Tim came back and worked with us to get another OEM blower motor. It cost some bucks; but what doesn't, nowadays? Immediate response once I submitted my request. I checked the positive ratings and hired for the a/c repair. Arrived at 8 am for an (8-11) service window. Quickly determined the problem, and had parts on hand to repair. Took less than 20 minutes total, a/c working great, and cost was fair. Eric was very professional and my wife was very complimentary of his work. Highly recommend doing business with Patriot Air!
