Came out almost immediately, did a check up and that seemed to solve the problem.
Eric, the owner, responded to our request immediately and promptly came a day later at the time we arranged. He was professional and thoroughly serviced the heat pump. We are very pleased. Will be using Patriot for future mantenance service.
They called me in a timely matter and did a good job.

They worked with my schedule (Sat appt that wasn't extra $$)- they were the cheapest costing check ups but theirs went above and beyond any of the check ups I have had over the past several years. They found the issue and with their maintance plan, I am confident that my ancient air conditioner will last a few more years.
The technician showed up on time and seemed very knowledgable. He made suggestions and did the work in a timely manner.
Responded very quickly to my inquiry. Thoroughly explained possible issues, dug in, isolated the problem and got it fixed. I felt the value was exceptional under the circumstances.
When my A/C unit went out ---it was raining severely. At 6:45am I put in my request for service. Eric was the first to call and could come over that afternoon to check my system. He was friendly and nice on the phone so we made an appt for betw 3:30-5pm. He called me at 3pm said he had one more stop and would be over after that. He arrived at 4:45pm had my unit running less than 30 minutes. Cost was not bad either .He went over some service & maintenance plans to think about . ALL WAS GREAT WE WERE VERY HAPPY
