It was annual AC/Heating check up.
Tim and Eric did a very good job. They were professional, arrived on time, and did a good job or repairing my air conditioning unit. They took the time to show/tell me what the issues were, and made sure that I received the correct replacement part.
Patriot explained each step, gave me alternatives and solutions.
Eric explained what he was doing and what it needed. He was patient and helpful. We bought a 3 year service with Patriot Air. Very satisfied.
Excellent all around service .Project was on time Technician explained all the items he serviced and covered all items in detail. ..........follow up by owner of business was very helpful. Would recommend this firm to all.
Eric is very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We scheduled a yearly A/C maintenance which he completed, but he also took the additional steps to explain future needs and the associated costs. He even gave us a mini class on A/C and "why" our unit has been struggling. We will definitely call Patriot Air (Eric) in the future . Fair and reasonable pricing. Two huge thumbs up!
