I loved that the tech that came out Eric, was really a great tech.. I;ve had this A/C fixed plenty of times, but he was educational and intentive, he made it very comfortable. Will be calling them again!
Thorough and fast service from Patriot Air. Our tech, David F., did a fantastic job, especially in the 110+ degree temperatures. We did unfortunately have to wait to the next day for the part, but he went through much effort to try to find it that day. AC was not only fixed, but corrected from a past repair done wrong, early the next morning. Thanks so to Patriot Air, HomeAdvisor,and especially David F. for working so hard to keep us comfortable in this heat.

From their quick response to our request to finishing the job they were excellent. David Fusselman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed up early, finished the job quickly and we paid a very fair price. We would highly recommend patriot Air to anyone needing AC/ electrical repair help.
Eric is the most professional and most knowledgeable technical person I've ever come across. When my brothers air conditioning went out yesterday and when Eric understood the dire emergency of the situation he immediately came to our rescue. My brother has terminal cancer and has just a few weeks to live. It was critical that we get his air conditioning up and running as soon as possible. Eric assured the AC was working properly before he left. We will call Patriot Air again.
Extremely satisfied with the service. They were able to work into my schedule that I requested. Definitely will hire them again.
