On time, very knowledgeable and super quick response time after two other firms failed.
They were incredibly fast. They replaced our AC In 1 DAY! We had a 35 year old unit and it was going to be a real project to get a new one up there but they were very professional and very friendly. They were able to have the new unit replaced the next day.
Service guy arrived ahead of schedule. He quickly diagnosed problem and retrieved the needed part from his van. Price was a tad high, based on online searches for the replaced part. Still, I'm quite happy with the overall repair work.
I went on Home Advisor to fine an a/c checkup company. Eric made the first contact representing their company. Gave me their history, what services they provide in detail, their hours, where they were from, who works for them, what to expect on their first visit, more than I even thought to ask about! Since it wasn't an emergency, he scheduled me the very next day between 10-1 and David called at 10:40 to say he was on the way.
