He came to my rental and said he cleaned by A/C unit. My renters said the A/C unit still does not work properly. I attempted to contact him to see if he could come back and see what the issue is and he refuses to contact me back. I will never use this provider again.

We have no idea who this customer is, they did not specify any valid technician that works for this company. They did not disclose who they are. We believe this review to be invalid. We would never refuse to return to a rental property after taking a payment from a homeowner. This is an awful attempt to besmirch our outstanding customer service and reputation. Not a credible review if you leave out all tangible details involving your complaint.
Patriot Air was quick to respond to my Saturday service call, and kept me updated as often as possible when I had questions about the status of my AC repair. We had to ship the compressor from out of state, and they were willing to work with me on the budgeting. I could not have found a better AC tech to help with my repair--I would definitely recommend them again!
They were very trustworthy, honest, no pressure to sell me more., Definitely everything I needed and will use them again!

David was able to come even earlier than I was initially told. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem easily. He had the necessary part on his truck and had the problem fixed in no time. I would definitely use Patriot Air again.
David was extremely professional and helpful, taking time to explain everything in detail so I could understand. Will use them again if future issues with the a/c occur. Would like to see better receipt process, though. The email version of the transaction was only my credit card charge and it did not detail out the work performed and the recommendations. Perhaps that will come later.
Patriot was great. David called and confirmed the appointment time, showed up when he said he would, explained what he was doing while he was doing it, then had the job done in no time. Will call them again for sure.
The technician dug into the problem and found the issue that no previous repair or maintenance person could figure out.
