Eric, the owner, was so very helpful fixing another's mistake with just a small service charge. I am so pleased that I am signing a thee year service contract with his company. It's great to have a genuine pro looking after my air conditioning concerns.I recommend him to the highest degree.
Texted me at 2am and then called me at 830am. Walked me through the settings on the new thermostat and helped us fix one setting. It's now working great and I have set up an appointment for the seasonal inspection. This company is my new default for HVAC!

In general, I was satisfied with their work although they pushed me a little harder to make a quick decision to hire them. Hope they will stand by their words and promise of quality work. Will wait and see.
Noticed my A/C broke at 4:00 AM. Received message by 5:30 AM they could schedule me that morning. Appointment time 9 AM, arrived at 8:45, repaired A/C Fan motor and capacitor (Parts covered by A/C Warranty) Back with a cool house by 10:15 same morning. Eric knows his A/C systems and works efficiently and fast! My cost was limited to purchasing the maintenance contract for new owner of my house...that was a great deal in my opinion.
These guys are great! They got to my house within an hour of first speaking with them. They checked my system, found the problem and resolved my issue inside of two hours total. Patriot Air is amazing! They are ABSOLUTELY the company to call when you need air conditioning service!!!
