I was impressed enough to take a 3-year contract, which can be adjusted but has a lot of services. I hesitate doing actual ratings one the one service visit, but really did like Dave. This program wouldn't let me leave the "value for money" blank. I won't know this for a while yet.
david the technician came to my condo, took a look at my ac unit and was up front about the problem, gave me a fair and honest quote. i did not have the funds to get the project completed. charged for the checkup on the unit.
Although there was a mixup on the date they said they would come, when I called late in what I thought was the appointment window, they offered to come that same day. When they did come, they were efficient and completed the tasks quickly
Inspection was completed quickly. Technician was friendly.
He was honest about what we needed and more importantly, what we didn't need.
I took a 3 year service contract with Patriot. Very dependable, provides a high level of QUALITY service, explains all the work that needs to be repaired and tuned up, Provided me with before and after photos and just very nice to do business with...He responded immediately.. My previous air conditioner service man of 25 years retired, so I wanted another reliable service to replace it and Patriot Air has provided that service for me. Highly Recommend him. He has an excellent rating with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
