The owner of Patriot Air offered to keep our almost 30 year old system going but it was clear that it was on its last legs with leaking coolant and evidence of significant water leaks. We chose to replace the system which they did. We chose a little bit more expensive system which has performed wonderfully. We gave 4 stars for customer service only because we could have used a little more help using the new thermostat which we can program while away from a computer or phone. Eric is attentive and knowledgeable.
Patriot's team was on-time, efficient, and most importantly - honest. I called them to replace a condenser motor (which another firm had diagnosed as bad). Patriot quickly determined that the motor was good, and made some simple (and inexpensive) adjustments. Well done guys!
The owner was very thorough in explaining our system and was very insiteful
Thorough and knowledgeable
The tech was able to diagnose a miswired thermostat and a blown fuse in the attic quickly and made the repair quickly. I hoped the charge would be less, but can't say it was not the normal rate for a service call like this.
