Eric came out the same day to service the unit. He found a piece of insulation in the unit that should not have been there (pulled it out while I was watching!). Quoted price to clean 1x, and price for a 3 yr contract. My unit is blowing WAY colder than before he came out, and I opted for the 3 yr contract to ensure my fairly new unit stays working like new. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else. Very friendly and quick.
They are awesome,they found the problem and fixed it. The other company that came by could not find anything wrong and after a short time left. Patriot Air was very thorough and completed their search in a timely manner. Also, they demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge ..I would highly recommend them:)
He put in my air conditioner and I like the air conditioner and he did a good job on it. I have a panel missing on the right bottom where the pipes go into the air conditioner. He wants to charge me a $50.00 Service charge and $14.95 for the panel and put it on for me and I don;t think that is right. He said it didn't come with the panel but there obviously there had to be a panel because there are holes where...
Eric and his assistant showed up right on time. There were some unforeseen problems with my compressor, Eric called the manufacturer for me and was able to get a new compressor. Eric took the broken compressor out and went to the manufacturer for me, got the new one and had it installed in no time. Nice honest hard working guy, would recommend him to everyone. He also took all the trash with him, left the area nice and clean.
Came out on the weekend, very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The charged rate was very fair. I would recommend Patriot air to others. Todd

I was very pleased with the competent, timely and proffessional service provided by Patriot Air. Eric is very knowledgable and explains what has to be do.ne and why. He also gives you a heads up to future problems that might occur. I have used this service twice and will use them in the future
My husband and I were still living in Vegas at the time and Eric was still willing to come do the job anyway. He was very thorough and we will be hiring him again to swap out our other AC units for more energy efficient ones.
