Eric Lipp answered my call, worked me in within 2 hours on a Sunday. Solved the problem and was fair and informative. I will call Patriot Air for all future needs. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional.
Patriot Air Inc (Eric) replaced a number of parts, after which the A/C don't blow cold after again after 5 days, Eric wanted to continue to replace parts, until the unit was fixed. Eric stated the best way to fix the A/C unit was to replace parts until the unit was fixed. Eric is NOWAY a repair man / person, he is ONLY a parts replacer. I asked for a refund of $2,000, of over $2,100 that I paid him, which I'm still waiting on the FULL AMOUNT. Eric, replaced parts that SHOULD NOT have been replaced. wow! a/c went out. Eric from Patriot Air came out within an hour! He found the problem - and offered an immediate inexpensive solution - hardwiring around the faulty part- until we decide to replace it. Very knowledgeable - and able to explain problem in lay terms. Great job, Eric!!
They got the job done. I thought their prices were resonable. The tech cleaned the air conditioner units and showed me how to take care of units.
