The technician checked things diligently and described my options in detail. He was very professional and I felt he answered my questions about the system. Paschal was good about working us in their schedule as soon as they could and contacted me with the time they would arrive. I am pleased with the service today.

Had a pinhole leak where the water comes into our home. Paschal responded quickly and sent a team to our home. The guys were very professional and personable. Paschal seems to hire the best people. The repair was quickly made and Brad pointed out another potential issue that could have developed into a serious issue later. It was well explained so we could make an informed decision. We had that issue resolved as well. If you want it done right the first time you can't do better than Paschal.
