Great service. The service tech explained everything about what was going on and in my opinion went above and beyond just a service call. Found a couple of minor items that were not yet issues and corrected them before they became a problem.

I had a new heat and air system installed last summer. Wonderful service, but the air unit did not perform the humidity control aspect as expected. Today a company inspector, John H., came to do an inspection and answer any questions I had. He did a little adjustment on the wiring and said that should solve the humidity control issue this summer. He also answered the questions I had about the thermostat. Very patiently! What a treasure for the Paschal Company! Thank you, John, for the wonderful service.
