Service was excellent. Can’t brag on Colton enough who came out to fix our unit. Quickly identified the problem and explained everything that was needed and provided valuable insights. 10 stars all the way.

Tate came to my place to check on a possible line freeze up on A/C. Tate is very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an awesome job of answering my questions and took care of the issue. Pascal has real professionals taking care of their business.

The service rep was very polite and did a good job of doing a maintenance check on both of our air conditioning units. We have used Pascal now for several years and are very pleased with their service and personnel.

Shane was sent out to our home by the great staff at Paschal’s to fix an AirConditioner that stopped working that morning. I was worried because my husband is under Hospice care and can’t tolerate heat. When Shane pulled those panels off, I wanted to hang my head in shame it was worse than bad, but he smiled and got to work. I will always stay with a company like this. We are on the plan. Thank you all so much.
