This company over charges for work. I had a circuit card replaced, which took a total of 22 minutes. I was charged $425. This comes out to about $19 per minute, not hour but MINUTE!! This is above any rate and taking advantage of customers. I believe an investigation is in order, to research how they come up with these super high prices.

I was charged $499 for a 45 minute repair. The parts cost at most $50. They were a fuse and two contactors. It seems a 45 minute repair should not cost $450.
We use Paschal for HVAC, plumbing and home generator service. Their maintenance services are great. Our technician, Ben that serviced our generator was knowledgeable, personable and communicated his work perfectly. A great representative of the company. Highly Paschal for related needs.
Alex and crew did an outstanding job, being thorough and honest in not going with what I had thought had caused a leak with our washing machine hose. Instead of the major repair I was expecting it ended up much less costly. Paschal may not be the cheapest but their honesty and outstanding competence far more than makes them a great value! Thank you again.
