Every time we have a representative come out from Paschal they are knowledgeable, caring, gentlemanly,thorough, and willing to go above and beyond. We just had Weston out today, and he was an example of each of those characteristics. He was proud of the company he represented and wanted them to be proud of the job he did. He even offered to change our filters, which was wonderful, because we are both forbidden to get on ladders. It is nice to know there are people who do business in this manner. We think Paschal is the best!

Paschal has been the ONLY heat and air company I have relied on for the past fifteen years - THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME. No matter the weather conditions or days of the week .. they are there with knowledgeable service techs. They come prepared to get it right. I am blessed snd grateful for the assistance I have received from everyone (logistics, sales people, service techs, etc.) at Paschal through the years

All the employees in the office and those sent have always been professional and highly experienced; reasonably priced; reliable; friendly and courteous; always use COVID safety measures like masks and wear disposable shoe covers when inside the house. We will continue to use them.
