Malik from Paschal came out today to perform the fall heating system checkup. He was professional, personable and worked efficiently and quickly. Such a nice person! I continue to be impressed with Paschal.

The technician came here to inspect my air conditioning, which he did and took pictures of it so the city inspector would not have to inspect it. The technician was courteous and he solved a problem with a rattling noise in the central unit.

Technician Tommy did an outstanding job on finding the problem and explained how the HVAC system should work. He was on time, polite and was COVID-19 safe. I used Air Services in Cassville and they totally got everything wrong with my unit. I will use Paschal Air again. Job well done! Thanks.

Tech, tommy, was professional, walked through the scenarios and options to get the ac back up and running. Checked the compressor, refrigerant was low and filled the system. Ac unit was running fine after adding redeigerant, but stopped working a few hours later. Will have to go farther into the system to find the cause of the problem. Plan on having paschal continue with the diagnosis/repair.
As a longtime customer, I highly recommended the Paschal team for maintenance and for new HVAC systems.

Technician Colton ******** arrived on time, masked for our protection, and began analyzing our A/C problem. He checked all components thoroughly, then explained what steps he would take to restore our service. He gave us an estimate of the cost and with our approval, he worked tirelessly in muggy, hot weather before returning to give his report. He's knowledgeable, polite, and a fine representative for Paschal. We look forward to using Paschal again, and we will request Colton as the tech.
