We recently had Paschal Heat & Air (Springdale, AR) redesign and install a new duct system. The original duct system was very loud and unbearable. This was due to poor design and layout. This was not an inexpensive endeavor, but the outcome was well worth the cost. The entire Paschal team was very professional and thorough from beginning to end. Colton was very nice and professional. We don't wear shoes in our house and before we could even ask him to remove his shoes, he had already put covers on. Colton explained what he did for maintenance, as well as the issue he found. He showed the test he ran on the capacitor, explaining what was going on and how it affected the system. The technician you sent to our house this time arrived when he was supposed to and seemed very knowledgeable about our furnace. Hope to get him back in the spring to check out our air conditioning unit.

The technicians sent are friendly, professional, competent, well trained and skilled with the ability to immediately address all concerns and resolve most issues (depending on availability of parts).
