The pilot light in my gas fireplace would not stay lit. Paschal sent Ben who quickly assessed and repaired the issue in a professional yet friendly manner, I don't normally write reviews but Ben earned it. Thanks Ben. Lynn L

I had purchased a Trane system four years ago with great service. Recently there was a problem with the fan and repairman was prompt and courteous on his call. Unfortunately there was a part that disintegrated and needs to be replaced. Will find out tomorrow the status for repairs
Since switching to Paschal to replace my old Heater/AC, I've had no issues with the system, and the maintenance program, although expensive, has been a good investment. This twice a year service has kept my unit working well.
