We really love Paschal. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and courteous and they always show up when they say they will.
I think the business overall is a good business, but beware that you might get a poor technician for your visit. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and Alejandro came and did a great job and diagnosed an issue with my system that I had previously paid for a service call to fix 4 months earlier and was told nothing was wrong. I knew something something wasn't correct with the duct damper positioning. I did contact the company to give them this same feedback.
My husband and I are new to town. We purchased and older home. We usually fix plumbing issues ourselves but in the move I broke my ankle and my husband smashed his hand and broke a finger. We called Passchal who was recommend by our realtor. They sent a guy out that was wonderful and did a great job. The complaint is we were charged 850.00 to have a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced that WE provided. The plumber was there 2 and a half hours.
