I would give Paschal 10 stars if it was an option. In the past I have only used Paschal for my heat pump problems but will now be calling them for any plumbing & electric service I may need as well.

Paschal is fantastic at customer service. I tried another Hvac co in the area 10 years ago and was sorely disappointed. So I switched to paschal and purchased a new unit. Going on 7 years and I haven't had a complaint.
Great service, knowledgeable and friendly. The technician was quick and thorough with his assessment of the system and his activities to fix the syatem

I called Paschal and Toby came out to check my system on the day I called. He was very pleasant along with being informative regarding the issues with my ac unit. I am very pleased with the service I received & highly recommend.

Fast, friendly, courteous, fairly priced,...in a word, professional. I was at home with a sick child, and Paschal got a technician out to me fast. He found the problem fast by using methodical troubleshooting and was able to restore my heat pump system in no time.

Tommy called before he showed up, inspected my A/C unit, and gave me the bad news. It was time to replace my 17 year old a/c unit. He comprehensively explained that, while it was absolutely possible to do a repair on my unit, the price would be within the realm of replacement. Bad news, but explained in an understandable way.
