Andrew came on time and was professional. He ended up charging my AC and told me options about what I would need to do in the future.
When I called to schedule a technician to come out and inspect and service our unit, the customer service team was able to assist with a date that was convenient. On the day of, Juan the technician called when he was on his way. He was very informative with my questions and detailed with the inspection and service of the unit. I would gladly recommend Paschal to anyone needing HVAC work. Rodney B

Tommy, service tech, did great job and professional. Explained all the problems we were having and recommended some things to help us in the future.
The technician was courteous, knowledgeable about my AC system and also told me what he had done to service it. He didn't call until 11:50 am therefore the service was a little later than I expected it to be. He wore a mask and gloves and shoe covers. So I was not nervous about COVID 19.
Paschal did a great job on fixing my water leak. But they tore up my yard and wouldn't come back and fix it. It took me 2 months to fix my yard. I will never use them again.
My service tech, Jacob, was polite, informative, knowledgeable and considerate. He wore covers on his shoes just before entering. Got my system up and running. Did not try to up charge me! I would highly recommend their service.
Always prompt and very courteous. Great staff of a/c techs. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend them.
Paschal completed a total HVAC replacement in our home. The process was completed, remarkably, in two days time. Led by Tyler the team was very effective and efficient. They took great care to minimize disruption and kept our home clean. Tyler made certain we had air conditioning the night between the two days even though doing so required them to work well into the evening of day one.
