I purchased my HVAC system from Paschal two years ago. Since that time, they have been providing my system with seasonal tune-ups. Their representatives always show up on time, and are professional, considerate, friendly, and competent, which makes me a very satisfied customer.
Paschal's HVAC Service is excellent. They provide professional, competent technicians at a reasonable cost. I previously tried several other HVAC companies and I am much better satisfied with Paschal's.
The service tech arrived early, knew exactly how to do the preventive maintenance on the unit, he was very familiar with the unit, and did an excellent job of cleaning the unit, and checking the electrical system.
person was very nice and really seamed like he knew what he was doing. gave air conditional a good service.
I wrote a review on March 31st as I was was charged much more than I had been quoted for a service. I have since been contacted and they have refunded my over charged amount. I thank Paschal for their response to my review.
Service tech came out and charged despite not performing any service. I was quoted $1200 to replace a compressor for my HVAC unit which was under warranty. Seems very expensive for 3 hours of labor and some Freon gas to get unit back in service. Got another quote from another company that not only replaced the compressor and additional part but was charged $500 for the entire project. Paschal seemed more interested in selling me on a unit replacement despite an operational unit
i was told 79.00 for salt in softner, and was charged 272.00!! Beware!!!
Very happy with the service technician. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it on the spot. He was actually not the technician on call for the day, but lives close by and saw the service ticket come up. He was on-site approximately 30 minutes after I put in a service call request. The on call technician had other calls to take before me and would have been several hours before he could be there. Great company with great employees. What more can you ask for!
