On time and job was done right. Service man explain all that he did and helped me understand how to avoid future problems.

Nice work by Jacob J****** and his assistant for a water heater flush/plumbing, and a fantastic tune-up for my HVAC system by expert technician Joseph S******, who went way above-and-beyond to get my system cleaned up and running in top condition. There was a slight bookkeeping glitch that was quickly rectified. Overall a very good experience and a great bargain; highly recommended. Thank you, Paschal!

Bought a new system (most expensive) from them last year. It took them 4 times to get the furnace done correctly. Then summer came and the A/C didn't work. They came out 5 times and it still does not work correctly. They do not know how to fix it. They are totally incompetent and have faulty equipment. They do not even deserve one star but it would not let me send this without

My AC stopped working and Paschal was able to come out same day! The customer service rep. that answered (Melanie I believe) was phenomenal from scheduling the service and providing information. She was kind and helpful. They provide specific text updates with a picture of your tech and a link to see live GPS for arrival and distance away. The tech, Alan, that came out later that day was just amazing. He was attentive, very clear and informatitive when it came to the problem and solution. Have had nothing but bad experiences with Paschal. The technicians are polite and professional but the planning and scheduling of repairs are sub par. The original install of our HVAC system was done with too small emergency heat strips. The correct heat strips installed at a later date but incorrectly wired causing repeated tripping of an electrical fuse. A sensor in the unit failed causing us to be without A/C during a period when temps were in the high 90s. Tech reset the system but the same sensor tripped the next day. S... read more
