February 13th 2024 at approximately 3:20 pm, Paschal's technician used his van to block my car in my driveway and wouldn't let me out until I paid him 97 dollars service fee and signed his electronic device where he'd typed notes about his visit at my house. The notes were lies. He didn't do what he had typed, and he left out that he'd messed with my new thermostat so that it no longer reads the room temperature correctly. My experience with Paschal wasn’t very good. They were as prompt as possible. But after making repairs to our A/C they failed to reconnect the condenser drain line. Which resulted in a large hole in our ceiling a few days later. Mistakes happen but to make matters worse they ultimately only offered to pay for a portion of the cost. After the home office stopped returning emails and phone calls from my insurance agent. I had to find out their insurance company and fill a claim with them to cover the cost of the repair.
