Quick, prompt, courteous, professional. I submitted a request for a water heater replacement online just prior to 7 am and Dylan was here by 9 am. Water heater and a water pressure regulator all installed by noon. I would use Paschal again in the future and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I received a link to leave a review, however my problem is not fixed so I’m a bit confused. I have an AC issue. One technician came and couldn’t fix the issue. The next day he was supposed to come again but another tech came. It was after 5:00 so he couldn’t call and get info about replacement parts and scheduling. Now we are on day 2 of no AC and I’ve been waiting all day for a call about ordering a new part and making an appointment to replace it.
