I can't believe I been penalize with a car which have a well known problem. Ford Fiesta 2011 have well known recalls on the transmission. Now because the car have the 100k now you guys don't want to service the car. I do not have any other than bring this case to a lawyer. Never ever do business with this kind people. The worst. and I given them 1 because there is no option for a zero star.
Mr. Smith is the bvest service supervisor I ever had. I trust him 105%. My 2008 Fusion with 93,000 miles runs like new because of his expert care.

I had an excellent buying experience at Parks Ford! George Dybowski was patient, answered all my questions, helped figure out my best options for financing the vehicle. No pressure at any time! The financial manager was excellent, too, with reference to my financial and extra services that were offered. He really took the time to explain my financing fully and any other options that might be wanted.
This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car. So this was a Huge step for my family. We were so excited for our "New" used vehicle. This was less than a month ago and we're going on our 3rd trip back for repairs. It's almost impossible to get anyone to call you back. On top of that they gave us the vehicle filthy, after telling us it was going to detail. I'm beyond frustrated! I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
