An excellent dealership! Robert Vido was such a pleasure to work with. No pressure, great product knowledge, and terrific customer service. They all treated me very well. It was a very comfortable experience with a family type of atmosphere. Definitely worth the drive. Five stars!
Great people....They "sell" cars... but I was able to negotiate down to a price I was happy with. And if you say no about the extras they try to sell they don't keep pushing like some dealers I've been to.
Just bought a 2017 ford F-450 from them. I had bought my last 5 trucks from Brandon Ford, but the deal was so good at Parks that the sales manager at Brandon Ford actually told me it was fake. I think this was the first time I have ever shopped for a truck, and had the salesman (Robert Vido) actually know about the features of the truck he was trying to sell me. Very pleased with the entire transaction
Went to Parks Ford knowing the exact vehicle I wanted, but not all too sure I'd be able to get it. I had financing in place already through my credit union but I hadn't financed a vehicle in almost 15 years so I was a little nervous about dealing with the whole process. I will not be using this company again. They do not honor the second party warranty they sold me. So now I have a 2011 fiesta without a clutch.
