My new Expedition got dented through no fault of my own in a parking lot. GASP! Many tears were involved! I called Joe Bolin the service rep at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel & he set me up with a "dent guy". I am sorry to say I don't remember this tremendously amazing mans name! My Expedition 2017 is as good as the day I bought it! No more tears. I can say that Parks Ford stands behind the cars they sell. I have been there for my maintenance check up & oil change.
