Since 2001, I have been buying my vehicle from Parks Ford (formally Heritage Ford) and having them serviced here. Great service.
They have been taking excellent care of my 2004 Town Car

Recently my husband and I stopped by Parks Ford to possibly upgrade our Ford Escape. We met with Will Bozeman who gave us a tour of models available. Within a couple of hours we drove away in a newer upgraded vehicle. We have been customers of Parks Ford for over 20 years and once again the staff was welcoming and very supportive. Thanks. Airbag recall,as always excellent service and fast turn around time. Wil Smith assisted me again and is always a pleasure to work with.
Had an appointment for an oil change at 8:30am, didn't leave until 10:45am. Over 2 hours for something I could have done in 15 min. For an oil change!?!? Not to mention, once I was able to pay for services, it was another 20 min before they brought my vehicle to me. I mentioned the length of time it had been to an employee who had checked on me before. There was no follow up done once it was mentioned. Very disappointing, not sure I will continue with my business here.
These people were great very friendly no pressure to buy I have them my budget and exactly what I wanted and that's what I got
Go see Jeff Goodsell and sales manager Craig Randolph!!! You will not be disappointed. Just bought my new truck from them and the experience was amazing!!!
