We purchased a2017 Escape in a gold exterior. We are very proud of it . Our salesman Rich Joday couldn't do enough for us. Every thing was done just like we requested. We have no complaints. Will Smith has successfully added myself to the list of 'Customer for Life' at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel! I was referred to him by a close associate and I was not disappointed. I went in to have my tire changed and I felt like I walked out with much more, just by his knowledge and outstanding service alone! Completely satisfied and will indefinitely be returning in the future for any further services!
My husband found a large screw in my back tire and I stopped in yesterday at 2 to see if it could be repaired same day or if I needed to make appointment for next day. I explained that I need to be out the door by 330. The service girl (sorry I didn't get her name, long reddish hair very nice) took a look said it could be fixed and she'd have it ready in about an hour. She kept me apprised of progress the entire time and I was out the door with time to spare. Excellent customer service this trip....Thanks :)
I drove over from Orlando to look at a used truck for my son. When I arrived I was greeted nicely. I was escorted to the rep I was dealing with on the phone. As we went to look at the truck the sales rep said I forgot to tell you that there are dents in the tailgate. I was a little upset about that but hey people make mistakes. I purchased the truck my son really wanted it . My issue is with follow up. The sales rep did not return phone calls. I had an issue with the 4wd. He said the service would call me no phone call.
