No stars! I got my oil changed there this morning. I thought the job was completed so I left to go pick up my daughter. I drove down SR 54 going west and was about to merge onto the interstate when the back of my Explorer started to shake violently! I went back to the dealer, they lifted it in the lift and someone forgot to tighten my back wheels after they rotated the tires. They offered me a free oil change on my next visit. They let me test drive the car and had to run numbers for financing ok no problem get a call saying I'm approved when I arrive they hand me a list of bullshit junk throw away cars that I was approved for and was told no I wasn't for the vehicle I wanted they lie and cheat to get you in and then have horrible staff that LIE to get you in the door

First I want to thank to Will Bosemen for selling me a Chevy Cobalt 2years ago giving me a second chance in my life to rebuild me credit back up. From 430 to 2 years later now at almost 700! Good afternoon I'm Eddie Gaines a customer of parks ford I brought a 2015 mustang ecoboost from parks ford last year. I also purchased the tire warranty i caught a flat last October in New York city while I was traveling for a 3 days trip. The tire could not be fixed and was told it would take a week to get new one. Parks Ford is so horrible to customers they have not only turned me away from this dealership but FORD entirely. Have owned Fords for 20+ years. Have had the transmission replaced 4 times due to Ford defect. Sales team won't do anything for me. Service team just keeps ordering and installing the Trans waiting for it to go again. Make my wife walk in the rain next door to rent a car!!! HORRIFIC HORRIFIC DEALERSHIP -STAY AWAY.

Last week I bought a brand new 2016 Escape at Parks Ford and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The salesman was wonderful and really made me feel at ease during the whole experience. I will definitely be returning for future vehicle purchases and will be highly recommending Parks Ford to all my family and friends! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! :)
