Scheduled my regular service online. Dropped the car off and it was completed quickly. Excellent service all around.
This was our 2nd lease with Parks. This was a great deal with a Military discount included. Mike Cash was pleasant and helped giving us the deal I wanted. Paul Stokes equally worked hard to close the deal. Thanks to Shane also to making a senior couple happy .

I would never purchase a car from this place ever again or recommend no one to buy from here. Once you buy the car from these people thet don't care after that. All they want is your money. I had no help from no one. I even had a dearship near me that was getting a estimate of some defects that were on this Ford that were not visible to me at the time of purchase. A huge thank you to Will Bozeman and Carlos Gonzalez today. Will went out of his way to make sure my 17 mo old son was happy, from buying us lunch to blowing up balloons... I thank him from the bottom of my heart. Carlos never gave up on working the numbers until I was at a comfortable mo. Payment. I bought my last truck from Parks Ford and I look forward to buying future vehicles from both of them.
Great and friendly customer service. Ralph, our salesman, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of our questions and helped me find a car I love and could afford! I would highly recommend looking for a car with Ralph!
