I couldn't find the car I wanted anywhere in the bay area. Parks got it for me and not something close but the exact car I wanted at a great deal!
Thanks to David Bonsey and everyone for everything, you took the time helping me build my truck and then y'all found it, I said where payments needed to be and they were dead on, then it was a little more because I added a few things, I will miss my f-150 but now I have a new project, again thanks to everyone who had a hand in this buying experience.
DO NOT bring your vehicle here to be serviced, not only will the problem not be fixed, it will end up with more issues, than it went in with. This was a brand new truck, that they ruined for me. And on the sales side of it, once you have purchased the vehicle, sales couldn't give a care. Speaking from experience. They have also blocked me from making any more comments.
Purchased a brand new Mustang from here in 2013. I've been in twice because of a coolant leak and both times they said they didnt have anyone to look at it and I'd have to bring it in at a time that was inconvenient to me. All the while staring at a computer screen instead of looking at me. Today I told them if they didn't attempt to do anything about it they would lose a customer. So they lost a customer. This is my new favorite Ford dealer! Alan was excellet when it came to helping me get my vehicle repaired under warranty. They were fast, friendly, and thurough! I have every confidence that when I leave my vehicle will be good as new, and that if for some reason it's not, they'll take care of whatever may come next. Ellis has assembled a great crew. This what customer service is supposed to look like! For that, they get all the stars.

I've worked with just about everyone in the maintenance department over the past 5 years. Unlike other places I've been to, I have always found the staff to be extremely personable, helpful, and honest. Couldn't ask for better service!
Bought a vehicle a few weeks ago returned it yesterday for them to look it over due to knocking noises and the steering column is bad and a motor in the ac is going out........now they wanna charge us $100 to fix the steering and parts and labor for fixing the ac. Shouldn't this all have been looked over before selling the vehicle???!!!! Very unhappy with the service from Wesley chapel Ford.
