Horrible experience last Saturday. While getting an oil change, one of the employees stole money out of my vehicle.
Wonderful dealership with extremely courteous salespeople and staff! We spent a great deal of time there today and my young children were given snacks and drinks and were able to play in the wonderful playroom FULL of clean and entertaining toys! Definitely worth a visit!
Awful service! Do NOT buy or service a car here. Hertz is inside the service area as a sole car renting facility and service consistently keeps cars overnight or longer for routine service. Thus, hertz has a steady stream of customers at your expense. My brand new Fusion has a defective A/C part and after three weeks of waiting for the part, it is still on back order. BTW the Ford Fusion upholstery reeks of mildew after garaging it for two months. I have never had these issues with my foreign cars.

2.5 hours for a oil change. I tried to make an appointment, but they did not let me. I asked in advance how long, they said a hour tops. Great job guys. Not coming back.
