I highly recommend Parks Ford and our sales associate Ralph Carniero. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best deal and best car for our money. The color car we wanted had been sold, so Ralph had a new car there for us within a day! We love our new Ford Focus! Management and finance were also extremely thorough, efficient, and helpful as well. Definitely, Go see Ralph at Parks Ford!!

Very unprofessional to say the least. Was told someone would contact me Saturday after spending 4 hrs there previous night . Was told everything was going well, with purchase even prepped car for delivery. Then asked to try another vehicle with better factory incentives and not even s common courtesy call stating they were either still working on it or they could not get payments were I needed to be. That is just unprofessional on all respects. Does not demonstrate customer courtesy because they weren't making money.
My husband and I went to Parks due to a sale we saw online. We were greeted when we got there and the salesman Jeff Godsell was very helpful. We have had some recent credit problems as my husband has been unemployed since our move to Tampa 16 months ago. We were not made to feel inferior. The sales manager Craig and the finance person Carlos Gonzalez bent over backwards to help get us the vehicle we could afford and the payments we were comfortable with. I had a really great experience purchasing my vehicle at parks ford of Wesley chapel. The sales rep Juan Arroyave was very helpful and all the promises made were all kept. Management was awesome they made a lot happen for me. I look forward to doing more business with them.
