Purchased a Ford Explorer last Sunday with Ralph and traded in an F150. Took a little bit for someone to get to us but they were very busy. Ralph was fantastic as well as the F&I Dept. The only constructive criticism I have at the moment is for the detail dept. When the vehicle was cleaned they got wax all over the plastic parts which has been a challenge to clean off. Everyone was very professional, the manager, Frank and my salesman, Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. I love everything about my new Escape, it is the perfect size for me and very comfortable. I love having a vehicle that I can fit in my garage, that is a big plus!
I have given them numerous chances over the years still lazy and incompetent. I have taken my wife's ford explore in at least 3 times about a water leak everytime they said they could not find it. I paid for the service done to the vehicle over the phone and picked it up later. When I picked the vehicle up it had been raining open the trunk to find the spare tire area full of water right where I told them the water was going. Amazing staff, so kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. Will Smith is the best service advisor going above and beyond to explain in detail about everything that needed to be done and even fix recalls I had forgotten about and make sure things were covered under my warranty. I will never go to another Ford. Now I know why my dad has been coming to Parks Ford for 16 plus years. Thanks Parks Ford!
Or recall a month ago and every time they gave me my truck back my truck engine light would come on and it was something that later I get my truck back today not even get a block down the street and the check engine light comes on again so over it it's unreal but on all this money for what
Park's Ford service Dept is excellent. Made the appt. on line. I got there a little early but they took it right in and was done in a very timely manner. And the car was washed and vacuumed when they were done.
My experience with Parks Ford was great. Brett was very helpful in explaining everything that they were doing.
Brought Ford Escape down from NJ and received exceptional courtesy and service. Highly recommend
